Some images may incidentally include employees, subcontractors, vendors, customers, visitors, or other persons present at or near a project site. California law can create risk when a person’s photograph or likeness is used for advertising or solicitation without consent, so written permission is the safer practice for identifiable faces used in marketing materials.
